03 — National Immunisation Programme
Immunisation, ages 0–5.
Eight childhood vaccines under the National Immunisation Programme, accessible at designated facilities nationwide for children aged zero to five years.
BCG
Tuberculosis vaccine, given at birth.
Pentavalent
5-in-1 vaccine combining major immunisations.
DPT
Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus combined vaccine.
Measles
Standard measles vaccine for childhood.
OPV / IPV
Oral and Inactivated Polio vaccines.
Hepatitis B
Hep-B vaccine for liver protection.
Vitamin A
Vitamin A supplementation for children.
Yellow Fever
Endemic prevention vaccine.

We disclose exclusions upfront. These cases are not covered or considered under the healthcare benefits of the plan.
Liver Diseases
Any liver or related conditions are not covered.
Kidney Diseases
Any kidney or related conditions are not covered.
HIV / AIDS
HIV, AIDS and related diseases are excluded.
Cancer
Cancer and related diseases are not covered.
Major Surgery
Major surgery — orthopaedic or otherwise — is excluded. Minor surgery is covered.
Cosmetic Procedures
Cosmetic and procedures of similar nature are not covered.
05 — Beyond Healthcare
Life cover & disability.
Additional benefits available when at least 2,000 enrolees are registered under this plan or another from the concerned organisation/institution.
Death Benefit

Police report and death certificate required for processing the benefit.
Temporary Disability

Cover during recovery
Reportable under 48 hours from the time of incident.

Enrolee Threshold
2,000+ enrolees must be registered under this plan or another from the concerned organisation/institution to access these benefits.
Exception
Death by suicide, boxing or drunkenness is not covered. Accidents and other means are.
